Scope of Works to be carried out:
- Complete SWMS prior to commencement
- Carry out works according to WHS standard
- The ceiling needs to be scraped and sanded
- Apply coat of Zinsser Peel Stop clear bonding primer
- Apply 2 coats of hard-wearing mould inhibiting paint
- No dealing with hazardous material has been allowed for, unless specifically mentioned above
- Works to be completed during business hours
- Leave site clean upon completion
