Revitalising a faulty system
The client requested that we partake in applying several installations to bring life back to a sink on their commercial property.
Sink repair
- Set up work area in line with WH&S requirements
- Isolated water supply, drained the HWS and removed the tank including pipework from position.
- Reinstalled the HWS in new position with additional height clearance.
- Supplied and installed new waste tray as required and drain outlet
- Supplied and installed new waste pipework with the inclusion of new water seal to 40mm line as required to meet AS3500 standards
- Capped off and seal the redundant existing waste line
- Cut in branch to existing line and make new waste connection. Install bracketing where required
- Supplied and installed new cold/hot water pipework and connect HWS
- Pressure tested. Commission fixture
- Disposed of rubbish. Cleaned area
