Our client requested that we inspect their gutter system.
Gutter Inspection
- Arrived on site and inspected the gutters
- Set up ladder and scaffold and started undoing the gutter guard
- Cleaned up the entire left-hand side of the property
- Cleaned up the entire front of the property
- Cleaned the entire right-hand side of the property
- Cleaned the back gutters
- Cleaned up external portion of the gutters
- Tidied up site
Inspection results
Even though the gutters were clean, they were still leaking from most joints. This was due to the faulty silicone weld. To stop the constant leaking, the old silicone needed to be cut and replaced. We did this for the client in a later quotation.
