Our client requested that we fabricate new handles for the west, east, main exhibit and raceway in the chimpanzee enclosure of their facility.
Designing and fabricating handles
- Designed and fabricated 8 new aluminium handles
- Each handle was specifically made to suit each slide
- Each handle allowed 100mm clearance of the pad lock
- Each handle had three horizontal runs
- Each run was approx. 26mm OD
- Each run was spaced 275mm apart
- Each handle was powder coated red
- Supplied and delivered the handles
- Cut off the existing handles
- Modified the exiting handle to suit the new
- Fit the new handles
- Leave site clean and tidy.
