Big job, no worries
We were asked to do several repairs for this commercial property, ranging from silicone replacement to ceiling repair. There’s nothing the Kraftsmen can’t handle, so we were eager to take on these tasks in order to keep this property up to scratch.
Gates Adjustment
- Adjusted several gates to improve lock and unlock function.
Kitchen Maintenance
We then moved to remove and reapply silicone sealant to kitchen kickboard perimeter.
- Remove approximately 1.5 linear meters of existing silicone sealant from kitchen kickboard to floor perimeter.
- Reapply approximately 8 linear meters of light grey kitchen/bathroom silicone sealant to kitchen kickboard to floor perimeter.
Bathroom Regrouting
After that, we then proceeed to regrout bathroom tile joints.
- Regrouted bathroom alcove and other tile joints using ultra fine white grout
Ceiling Repair
Finally, we addressed the mould and staining on ceiling.
- Repaired A/C pipe in ceiling that has been previously fixed.
- Removed mould on the ceiling. Applied a stain block, and repainted the small section only with ceiling white paint.
