Our client contacted us notifying that there was a sewer blockage affecting their property. Upon arriving to the site, we carried out a site risk analysis before commencing work.
CCTV Drain Camera Inspection
We carried out a CCTV drain camera inspection. This confirmed that the sewer line running from the right hand corner of the property towards the left hand side of the building was clear. The CCTV drain camera was able to be pushed approximately 28 metres from the rear right hand corner before it could not be progressed any further due to the number of bends and the length of the sewer run.
Excavator Work
- Floated 2 tonne excavator to site
- Provided hire of 2 tonne excavator
- Disconnected a section of colorbond fencing next to the gate
- Carried out excavations and exposed the sewer at least one metre deep
- Accessed 100mm PVC
- Carried out CCTV drain camera inspection
- Repair 100mm PVC
- Backfill trench & clean site
All cleared up
