- Leaks through ceiling were cause by the valley moving and creating a gap.
- Got approval to setup scaffold and try to repair.
- Was not able to get the valley back into place. Sealed valley.
- Returned later to further investigate the ridge.
- Investigated leak and resealed above the ridge with silicone and seal cracked tile. Work on valley ok and no further leaks.
