- Attend site to investigate dryer with broken cycle selector knob.
- Perform pre-work Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and confirm WHS compliance.
- Inspect dryer and identify cycle selector knob integrated into timer assembly.
- Determine replacement timer required.
- Identify and isolate circuit prior to commencing electrical work.
- Remove faulty timer.
- Advise staff dryer is not to be used until replacement parts are installed.
- Advise return visit required if necessary upon parts availability.
- Leave site clean and defect free.
- Contact Speed Queen Australia / Alliance Laundry regarding replacement parts.
- Discuss fault with supplier and unit under warranty.
- Provided information and discussed with TKPM.
