Scope of Works to be carried out:
- Complete SWMS prior to commencement
- Carry out works according to WHS standard
- Remove and dispose of water damaged ceiling plaster and insulation, approx. 2m2
- Supply and install new ceiling plaster and insulation, approx. 2m2
- Lay protection for the kitchen and flooring
- Prepare and paint kitchen ceiling approx. 25m2
- Please note, this excludes patching existing sheet joints
- No dealing with hazardous material has been allowed for, unless specifically mentioned above
- Works to be completed inside business hours
- Leave site clean upon completion
