Scope of Works to be carried out:
- Complete SWMS prior to commencement
- Carry out works according to WHS standard
- Remove damaged sections of tiles only
- Replace broken battens where required
- Reuse existing tiles where possible
- Supply and install 7 tiles
- Supply and install ridge tile where broken (2)
- New bedding and pointing in damaged area only
- Removal of all associated waste
- NB: This will stop the egress off water however roof is very poor condition and it is in our professional opinion this roof be replaced at some point in the near future as thus will undoubtedly continue to happen
- No warranty applies to this repair
- No dealing with hazardous material has been allowed for, unless specifically mentioned above
- Works to be completed during business hours
- Leave site clean upon completion
