- Full removal of 2 extremely large, potentially harmful pine trees on the left hand side boundary of the property
- Cut as low as possible, no stump grinding
- Car spaces along the adjacent road were made available and also the utilization of traffic control
- A significant limb of a banksia on the right hand side of the property was also removed
- All pruning was done in accordance with Australian standards and council regulations
